We offer shipping within the United States and internationally where applicable. Delivery times may vary based on production schedules and destination. It is your responsibility to inspect all received products upon delivery. If you believe an order is incorrect or defective, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt. Refunds or reprints may be issued at our discretion following verification. See our full returns and refunds policy.
Minor variations in color, cutting, and print positioning within ±2.5% tolerance are considered acceptable within standard industry practices. We do not guarantee exact color matching due to differences in materials and printing processes.
Artwork files must adhere to our guidelines: CMYK color mode, minimum 300 DPI resolution, and proper file formats as specified. You retain copyright of your artwork, but you are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted materials do not infringe on any third-party rights.
You grant UpsStore a limited license to use your submitted content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your print orders. We do not retain any ownership over your materials beyond the scope required for production.
Due to production variables, delivery quantities may vary by ±8%. You are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs before production. Approved proofs are considered final, and any errors found after approval are your responsibility.
We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. Payment is required at the time of order placement. Invoices are provided electronically. Overdue balances may incur a late fee of 2% per month.
The content on this Site, including text and graphics, is the property of UpsStore or its licensors. You may not reproduce, scrape, or distribute Site content without our prior written consent. Use of our Site for unauthorized commercial purposes is prohibited.
